Received dongle a few days ago. Installed unit in vehicle and all well. 20 minutes later only logo shows up on screen. Hooked up to computer using mirroid. Unit boots up fine but with yellow light instead of blue. Also says software up to date. (Version 2.0.0.0)Take unit back to vehicle, boot logo then blank screen. Nothing works. Not a happy camper. Company doesnt answer e-mails at all. Very poor customer service. What now?

Joe, it seems your CarPC dongle had a bad start and does not communicate to you and your head unit. We can sort that out or you might skip the challenge and send it back. Your choice. Regarding email: The time difference, workflow (understanding and addressing your problem to someone able to answer) and answering in a foreign language needs time...
