Have you connected to your PC using vysor.io or mirroid.com PC app? there could be a firmware update you need to do. Also, please try plugging this into a friend's car that has wired Android Auto factory installed.  It could be a compatibility issue with your car stereo model. thanks!

@mamdouh you must have Android Auto icon on your menu. It doesn't show on your screenshot. so you must have installed Android Auto yourself. It must have been installed from the factory (ie factory installed).

@mamdouh Impressive long list. I'm no developer but I see that you got a problem with your serial number. Your CarPC has no valid serial number. Your logfiles show serial number 0123456789ABCDEF (a dummy number which might be blocked by ISPs and Android Auto). Your serial number should look like CZ20120100xxxx (your number has 16 digit, CarPC just uses 14). Well, there is hope for your unit, that's all I can say at present. Please find the program "In Production Tester" and do a "Clear", maybe this way we can revive your unit.

Bye for now  Fred

@mamdouh Natsheh, I'm not sure you found my other answers. Your CarPC should show a valid ID and you need a valid IMEI number. This is the first you have to sort out. How to do that needs some tools and some time. Please download SN-writer_tool from _here_ (this version is tested) and the APDB files from below (rename the two files - moving the .00x from in front of zip to behind: W2025.zip.00x - and unzip using 7zip works). How to use the tool is decribed _here_. Good luck.

Tip: Use an IMEI from a now unused old phone (to be sure it is valid)

Bye for now  Fred

Let's remember to keep the reviews thread alive. Hopefully, more people will be receiving their units and can post reviews on that thread too. Thanks!

 APDB_MT6765_S01__W2025.001.zip

 APDB_MT6765_S01__W2025.002.zip

I can't enable imei, could you correct the files above? they look damaged, before unzipping them with 7zip.

Thank you so much!

@tiosanturzi Javier, hey man, open your eyes. The two files you need are located in the zip you downloaded. You don't need another copy ;-). Follow the instructions and you'll know.

Bye for now  Fred
