For some of you whose unit stopped working, we'll have a firmware upgrade tool for Basic units. If you received PRO, we'll also need to see if there is a tool for that as well.
Right now the teams have Covid, so it will be next week before we can get the update tools.

Basic will have update via OTA (not ready yet). We will have PRO update and emailed to Fred already....
