Hi,

I'm really worried that my carPC Streambox is broken! My little son violently removed HDMI cable from hdmi port and from that moment the device doesn't work; white and red lights blink slow as you can see in the video attached (and the luminous writing "Streambox" too) and the device doesn't start! I tried also to reset, but the problem persists!

It seems that the HDMI port is ok, but I think the problem is this...

How can I resolve?

@mattia-bartalini There are a lot of reasons. To name but a few:

Wrong time zone
Bad almanac
No Internet connection for fast update

Download "GPSreset" from Playstore and perform a GPS reset as described _here_ and elswhere in the forum.

I am experiencing problems with the GPS more and more frequently: often it loses the signal without finding it again. What could be the reason? How to solve? Thank you,

@mattia-bartalini Tell us brand and model of your monitors. There is nothing to do on Stream box, must be set on the monitors.

@mattia-bartalini As far as I know Streambox has only one graphics unit, therefore main screen and additional screens just get the same signal. The good part: most monitors can modify the input signal to customize the picture for the bigger screen connected to HDMI. Please look for this feature in the manual of your additional screens. Maybe @admin has some additional info.

Question about HDMI VIDEO OUTPUT CarPC streambox

Good morning, one question.

My car display is 8.7 inches vertically. I placed 2 rear seat monitors for the kids 10 inches each horizontally. To these 2 monitors I connected an HDMI cable from the streambox output via switch/split. I have noticed that the video format coming out of the streambox to the 10 inch monitors is the same as that of my car monitor. The result is that on the 10 inch monitors the image is dimensionally reduced and does not fit the dimensions of these monitors. Is there a possibility to allow scaling of the video output to the size of 10 inch monitors? I hope I explained myself...

I have the CarPC Streambox (4G) - HDMI Carplay Mini PC connected to the car's USB and my phone is paired via Bluetooth, my car's screen is touchscreen, I received the BT Remote control and I don't know how to pair it with the Streambox and I don't know what functions it performs Does anyone know how to pair it and what can be done with it.
