I have an issue with the device from resetting in hoping to reset all settings I've been playing around with. Currently, the device is not functioning. Please let me know how to fix this. VDO at this link.

Hi Pat, do you have a computer and did your CarPC run on this computer before (using Mirroid or Vysor)? Please try it again and be SUPER patient. It takes easily a couple of minutes before you see a reaction and some more time rebooting several times before it works again. Please let us know what happens.

Bye for now  Fred

@ap756-fredI

have computer but I have not connected the CarPC to the computer. Can I just plug in or which program do I need to have before connecting.

As for rebooting, it has been rebooting for more than 10 times already. So I guess the boot image is corrupted.

@wipatron , depending on your head unit first startup can take up to 30 minutes (CarPC tries hard to adjust screen). As long as the blue light is going on and off your CarPC is not bricked.

To connect your CarPC to a computer I recommend to download and install Vysor (from vysor.io). Again, be patient after connecting CarPC and let it sit for a loooong time (optimizing programs and screen). Good luck with this and ask again if this doesn't work for you.

Bye for now  Fred
