Have mobile connected to car Bluetooth while using CarPC

Have a question.

I have my CarPC Dongle connected to my Suzuki Vitara Android Auto, connected to internet through Hotspot on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

How can use CarPC for only audio/video device, while still maintain my handsfree Bluetooth connection for my phone to my Vitara's infotainment system.

The minute CarPC boots up, it asks me to connect my phone with Bluetooth connection, then I see "Emergency Calls Only - CarPC" status on my Vitara Infotainment system, not the phone connected as usual. Without CarPc connected (unplugged), I can see my phone connected to Vitara and can use it for my calls.

Basically I want my infotainment system to work as radio, GPS, phone Bluetooth connection as before, and just have CarPC used for audio/video device (apps, YouTube, Netflix, etc) using the mobile Hotspot on my phone.
