i can not run carpc pro with my car

I need the full ROM for the pro version please, I can't use the device with my car , when I connect to computer with computer it asked me to update the Google play services, I did the mistake by choosing to format+download, after that I can't use it with my car , i need the software as you shipped to me , my mistake was that i chose format all+ download with sp and no one said to not use

 

buy the way I asked before i buy if it compatible with my car untouched screen and they said yes !!!!! But it is not , I can't, I couldn't use button or any command from my car.

@mamdouh What about just clicking _here_ ? Should work for you too. BTW my responses don't speed up when I have to answer different threads 😏.

Regarding missing touchscreen: It works without, you just need some helpers to "talk" to the CarPC (external Bluetooth keyboard, Bluetooth mouse etc...)

@ap756-fred thanks for your help, but it doesn't work with me not the stable or beta, and about Bluetooth it doesn't work with my car and because of this I update to the beta , after that when I found also it doesn't work I'm the mistake and I chose the format all+download, and now I can't use with my car.

With vsr in computer it keeps asking to update the Google play services , whatever I update it it's keep asking me the same.

I ordered this device from April and just before two days I reserved, I really feel stupid because I bought a project like this, Where's admins , why they don't help??? I send email for carpc and they replay to ask admins her , but I can't get any help.

Today I found another project cardongle and I found you there Fred is it you ? Is it the same project?

These are different projects, different people and different attempts to implement Android Auto in as many cars as possible (but same moderator because I want to help both of them - and some others - to succeed). Both projects are in beta (unfinished products under development). If you don't like to be a "guinea pig" you have to wait and hope. For the time being you won't find another project which runs without problems (as far as I know). If possible you should think about a new head unit which has it all.

I have the same problem. It is related to an incorrect serial number, such as in the photo. I think you and I need a new full ROM to flash. Other methods of resetting the device do not work. All this information is already on the forum, but there is no proposed solution.
