For some time I have noticed that I have a lot of such files in the DOWNLOADS directory. There's a lot of that. What are these files and how do I get rid of them - I don't need them

These are log files to help developers to troubleshoot connection of your CarPC. Unfortunately they seem not to care much. If your CarPC works you might delete them.

Does every user have it? If no one else sees it, why do I have it?

@lm_ Most people don't use a filer which shows "hidden files", you do. So you can see them. To confuse you a bit: Sometimes I can see these files too, sometimes there are no new log files after deleting the old ones. I searched but didn't found a way to enable/disable these logs, so I just don't care anymore.
