Necesito manuales para rootear el carpc pro y habilitar la sim del 4G - I need manuals to root the carpc pro and enable the 4G sim

Good afternoon, as I have already indicated in other posts, I have problems to enable the sim card from my carpc, and to unlock the bootloader as well, since it does not restart when I enter the sentence.

Has anyone other than Fred tried it please?
